My order was processed and delivered quickly. But there was not enough information on the website for me know that the filter would definitely fit my car. When viewing the filters and using the filters to find the right part, my make and model of car was available to choose, but my engine which is a very commonly found configuration was not a choice.. I took an educated guess on the premise that I could return the part if unsuitable, luckily the part was the correct part. But I shouldn't have had to take that risk. I did email Pipercross to update them and inform them that the engine selection was missing and the part fits the engine (to be helpful) but received no response toy email.
