“Everything arrived well-packed and in perfect condition, and overall I’m happy with the order. The only minor issue was that the NVMe SSD kit didn’t come pre-loaded as advertised. I opened a support ticket about this (https://support.thepihut.com/hc/en-us/requests/173533), but in the end I just booted from a USB stick and manually flashed Raspberry Pi OS onto the SSD, which solved the problem. Not a big deal, but might be worth double-checking future batches. Once flashed, everything worked great!”

“My order was, frankly, a collection of small parts I had been meaning to buy for monhs! Trigered by a single item, suddenly more urgently needed. Selection on the Web site was easier than expected, payment was simple with delivery charge clearly shown and actual delivery faster than I imagined. Altogether, a very pleasant experience and a great result.”

“My server fell over one time too many when I was away from home, so it was time to finally add the KVM to be able to diagnose from a distance. I know there are many cheap chinese KVM units out there, but I decided to go for the PiKVM for a couple of reasons: (1) because it is a solid, quality product with full open source software, and (2) to give something back to the developers of this wonderful device. The PiHut website is easy to navigate, and they came through with a very quick, secure delivery. The components were well packed, and there was no damage - they also ship with a courier who look after the package, and take notice of the "safe delivery location" preference. Not all of them do! Installation of the unit was straight forward, and I had it up and running on my server in no time! Thanks to the PiKVM team, and of course to the PiHut!”
