“Good quality product with some useful documentation. Appreciate being able to choose the postage provider as I prefer Royal Mail over Evri even if it's a tad more expensive. Only improvement would be if it was possible to cancel / amend orders prior to them starting to be processed. I ordered out of office hours but soon realised I probably should have ordered something else too. If it had been possible to quickly cancel and re-order I would have done but as it happens I managed without.”

“Unfortunately I have not yet received the parcel. Evri was supposed to deliver on one day, then the next. Both were cancelled and have heard nothing since. I hope it arrives soon as it is a Christmas present.”

“Unfortunately Pi Hut have partnered with unreliable courier partners. I ended up cancelling the order after the item did not arrive days after the due delivery date with no updates given to when it would be. I used a different supplier that actually ended up being slightly cheaper and the item was delivered in 24 hours.”

“It was brought as a gift. So not sure how it works etc but the delivery on this product was amazing. So fast and such a quick checkout. Would shop here again if the need arises.”

What really stood out was the customer service. The team were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
