“This was the third time I have ordered from PiHut and the first where I had to email you about a problem. When confirming the order on your website I noticed, too late, that the delivery address was not complete. This was confusing as I had had to type in the address twice (once for the delivery details and once to authorize payment). The address displayed on the confirmation page consisted of three lines, instead of five; specifically, the name of the bock of flats, the city and the postcode. No mention of the Flat Number or the street name (and number) of the block of flats. I immediately emailed the full details to contact@thepihut.com within seven minutes of completing the confirmation page (and realising there was a problem). The response I got appeared to come from some jobsworth to whom the phrase "customer support" had no meaning. I was told that once the confirmation page was completed no alterations were possible - as you operate on a quick turn-around with the implication that the address label had already been printed and the order was (already) heading to the delivery company. I was also told that this was made explicit in the terms & conditions. The solution offered was to wait two weeks to allow the delivery company to fail to deliver and return the consignment back to you, whereupon I could claim a refund and then reorder the items! 25 hours later I got an email from DHL (not EVRI as expected) saying that delivery would be the next day. Using the link on their email to request a change of delivery address I saw the order status was that they were just printing the address label (enough said!). Within 20 minutes I had confirmation that the relevant Flat Number and street details had been added to their address label. The consignment then arrived within 21 hours, much to the ammusement of the delivery guy over the "change" of address (since one of the original labels was not covered over by its replacement). Why couldn't (wouldn't) Pi Hut do something similar? This tale of woe does bot exactly inspire confidence. What do you think are the chances of my placing a forth order with you at some time in the future?”

“Great company odered and shipped out same day, got it the following day, I needed a new UV sensor and everywhere else was going to take weeks to get to me so order off PiHut price is great and overhall service to date great. Thank you”

“My order was processed and sent quickly with the tracking details. The parcel arrived really well packaged and was super easy to set up. I ordered the desktop set and within 10 minutes, I was able to get my first look at Raspberry Pi OS. The guide that comes with the kit is really useful and very easy to follow. Even a complete stranger to the set up like me is able to get it working! Very much enjoying learning how this all works and I am looking forward to developing my setup.”
