“After months of watching eBay boost converters explode into 24V voltage spikes (yes, I scoped them - absolute grenades), finding this company felt like finding water in the desert. The website actually tells you what you're buying. Revolutionary concept, I know. None of that "5V module very good quality!" nonsense you get from AliExpress sellers who think a blurry photo counts as documentation. Ordered a BQ24074 solar charger and a Pololu U3V40F5 boost converter (and other bits n bobs). It arrived properly packaged - not rattling around loose in a jiffy bag with a prayer and some bubble wrap, but actually protected like someone cared. Delivery was prompt, tracking worked, no drama. But here's the thing: the components are exactly what they claim to be. The boost converter outputs a rock-solid 5V with proper regulation. No overshoot, no ringing, no mysterious voltage excursions that murder your dev boards. I've burned through enough ESP32s to know the difference between "technically 5V" and "actually, reliably 5V." If you're building garden camera systems at 2am powered by spite and 6000mAh cells, you need components that won't betray you. This company gets it. They cater to that awkward space between "Arduino blinky LED beginner" and "I have a PCB fab account and strong opinions about decoupling capacitors." Is it cheaper on eBay? Sure. Will that eBay module work? Maybe. Will it work reliably for months outdoors in British weather while you're trying to build something that actually matters? Absolutely not. Support small companies that understand the niche hobbyist/semi-pro market. Your projects (and your sanity) will thank you.”

“Order was great, decent price and came in good condition:) The only issue is that they shipped with evri, and evri arbitrarily forgot to deliver after they marked it as out for delivery. Evri tends to be a sub-par quality delivery service.”

“Everything sent was fine and has already been incorporated into a project. However, I did expect it a day sooner; I don't know when the order cut-off for same day despatch is (and therefore next day delivery) but I missed it, much to my frustration. I guess we've all been spoilt by Amazon. 😉”

“Very good range of parts available, I had tried three other suppliers but each wanted a ridiculous amount for postage and packing, happy to say , PiHut only charged a minimal amount for postage and the packing was exceptional for the items ( three Mcp23017 chips individually wrapped and then protected by a cardboard box) so, good price, excelldnt packing, great value and courteous and swift deluvery. Well done PiHut.”
