“Fast delivery. PiHut are missing a trick as the "Starter kit" just comes as separate items in a plain brown box. A gift presentation box option would make the starter kit more desirable for gifting.”

“Arrived promptly, everything seems to have survived and works fine, though could perhaps have been shipped in a much smaller box or with more crinkled paper filler as the smaller boxes were rather rattling inside. Will use again in due course as the courier didn't mistreat it too bad.”

“Ordered my first Pi recently here recently, a Zero with a case, adapter and micro-sd. Assembled the Pi into the case only to realise after there was plastic moulding inside the top lid of the case that slotted OVER the micro-sd card slot. If you don't happen to notice this and install the Pi with a card inserted, the card gets damaged. It's really not obvious this would happen and there was no warning to remove the card before installation in the packaging. I emailed support about this and they initially replied that there's some text on the website product page warning of this. I suggested there should be something included IN the packaging to warn users of this. They replied that they don't put a warning in with the product as it was 'better for the environment'. Unbelievable. Well now this micro-sd is e-waste. Lousy experience and I won't be buying from them again. I sent all the other items back for a refund and purchased from a competitor.”

“The Pi Hut is always my first stop when I get cravings for Raspberry Pi stuff. Prices are good and delivery is quick. My only (very minor) issue is with delivery charges. Given the keen item prices, ordering small items sometimes means that delivery charges can increase the overall cost by up to 100%. Not a huge problem, as I can always find something else to add to my order without increasing the delivery charge. Overall, a very happy customer.”

“Upgrading from a pi4 looked at the different options pi5 or pi500. Simple web site to compare models and make a choice. Parcel arrived next day with Royal Mail tracking. Set up took less than an hour.”
