“Great service from Pi Hut. The delivery a few days after order was without a hitch. I did spend more than a few hours trying to figure out how to configure the waveshare 5" touch screen for my Raspberry Pi 5; in the end there was a website update that clarified which driver was needed over the weekend. It took me back a few decades to problems with linux and early tech adoption. Now everything is working well and after just a few days I'm well into to developing the app that I brought this project for.”

“I had a good experience this time. I did have an issue trying to reset my password a few weeks ago, an odd message about cloudflare came up and wouldn’t let me reset. I submitted the issue, it was received and the response back wasn’t satisfactory or followed up. Not sure if I still can’t reset my login password as I haven’t checked to be honest. It’s not a massive deal, I’m not that bothered about it either. It’s a mere speed bump in this journey from the cradle to the grave. I just thought I’d mention it as you guys asked. Anyway, love what you guys do. I originally bought a pi and pi model b?? I think. And then jumped the casm and bought a pi5 which it nothing short of pcb magic and it now serves as a retro games console. Have a great Christmas”

“Hi I bought the retro game kit as a Christmas present for my eldest son. So I can't comment on the actual kit. But I was a little disappointed with how it was packed. I thought it might have been in some kind of box. But all the components were just put into a flimsy postal box. Also there were no instructions or even a piece of paper saying what the kit was. As I mentioned the kit wasn't for me so I don't know if instructions are actually needed I'm sure he'll figure it out The products looked quality in my limited experience and I would buy from then again.”
