“I recently purchased the Argon NEO 5 M.2 NVMe Case along with a 512GB SSD for my Raspberry Pi 5, and I’m thoroughly impressed. This case does a fantastic job of combining performance, cooling, and sleek design. It runs at 35 - 55 degrees with 15+ services being hosted on the Pi which is extremely respectable.”

“Packing and delivery were great and everything stayed assembled in the box (Pi 5 Desktop Kit) as this is the third one I have ordered from PiHut and now, the Pi5 is assembled and within an inner cardboard box, unlike the previous two (tops of Pi's cases and fans free floating dangerously). This purchase is for work use however after using a Pi3B for the last 8 years I thought it was time for a change as things seemed a little slow. I have had a struggle to set up the old CRT monitor this time around. Also WiFi via a mobile Huawei E5586 mobile router refused to sign in until I consulted Raspberry Pi's Set-Up help File...never a problem on the 3B. Lastly I had to un-install and re-install Libre Office (had to do that on the previous Pi 5's as well) because the very top header bar with Minimise, Close etc was missing and every time I tried to close the program, it took me to a 'Recently Accessed' folder. In summary; very good service from PiHut and physically all the items seem fine but think the Raspberry Pi OS is a little lacking these days (may have to try a fresh download or even switch to a different OS if glitches persist).”

“Generally, the experience was good. I bought a Raspberry Pi 5, a black case, a black mains plug, a SD card preloaded with Pi OS, and a black HDMI cable. I set the system up, and it all worked out of the box(es). There is still room for improvement though. All of the components are black - except for the Raspberry Pi, which is oddly green. My gaming PC is entirely black, so circuit boards can be black. Also, the SD card came with the wrong version of Pi OS. My application (PiDP-10) requires the latest 64-bit version, not the latest 32-bit version. Not the end of the world - I have ordered a SD card writer and another SD card - but a bit of a mess. On the website, it sort of mentions that the supplied OS is 32 bit on the left, half way down; and you don't get an option, which would have been nice.”
