“I ordered four items at the same time, all small items at good prices and the shopping experience was good. Got delivery promptly, three items exactly as expected, one was the wrong version, an easy mistake to make, and no problem replacing it. Pihut asked for the wrong one to be returned, which for an expensive item would be entirely sensible but I felt for an item costing only £9 it would have been more sensible to write off the loss and just send me the right one, saving me the effort of making a special trip to the post office. But that's just one problem - I've ordered from Pihut over several years and never had an issue before, so I won't let one little blip put me off.”
