“Purchased a Pi 500, initially they were out of stock but I clicked the remind me button and within a few days I had an email letting me know stock was back up.. Excellent communications, checkout was simple, delivery was fast and the device is amazing.. I have used the PiHut before and the service again was all round first class..”

“Smooth and quick delivery. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is becuase my raspberry pi box was in a larger box with no padding, so it was sliding and banging around. Though it functions fine.”

“I was unable to get it to work,first time the Pi screen came up, it could not open the MMVE. From asking the number one PI man Lee on youtube he mentioned problems the PI has with NMVE,s i got the one he recommened Patriot p310.And the problem i get with saying there is not enough power.The oficial Pi5. power supply should be upgraded to higher one you should get Jeff Geerling or Leepspvideo to sort all this out.I don,t know why it comes with no instructions again Lee gave me a link for them.Also it failed to post the etthernet was blinking so no problem the HDMI cable works fine.Everthing works fine with just your fan on the PI.I want to send it back ,and would not recommened it.I tried it a number of times.”

“Great job on delivery as always, keep it up. As this was a present I am unable to review the purchase. There might be an issue with the goods as the box the board came is was crushed by the postal service, although the physical board looks ok.”

“The products and pricing are great, the dispatch and postage was super speedy, but customer care was extremely lacking! The website or PayPal managed to input the incorrect road in my address and there was no way to edit the order after paying, so tried to contact support and their response was “we are too busy to go change it and you will have to let it get a failed delivery and return to us for refund” 10-12 days refund and the re order. Not acceptable. Luckily the road was a 15 min walk from my address and it didn’t fail to be delivered because there was the same house number on that address. Come on guys, this is 2025, get your address databases and/or website adjusted to be able to edit/cancel orders within a set time for ease.”
