“I bought the rpi5 starter kit wich comes with the rpi, a case (with rubber feet and heat sink), a 27W power supply and also a micro hdmi cable. I plugged it all in and it works great! I upgraded it to the 64-bit version with easy coding in the terminal and it can better with more load. One thing with the case(that comes with a fan built in) is that the fan is small and doesn't move very much air so the pi can get quite hot. Overall though, I can't wait to get more into it and im very happy with my purchase!”

“I've purchased from PI Hut a coupel of times and been impresed with the ease of use of the website and range of items available and the competitive prices offered. I particularly like the way matching products appear on the item page so you can pick an approriate charger for hte Pi you are looking to get r a suitable case or HDMI cable. This is helpful for newbies. Postage is fair and deilvery times are very good with orders arriving only a few days later. It would be nice to see a wishlist option on the site and I would also like to see a range of ESP-32 boards and accessories. I often get newsletters from other companies such as AZ-Delivery so a newsletter could b e a nice addition to the site too maybe including one of the past blog posts on it.”

“The Raspberry Pi monitor is excellent.It has a great picture bright colours top class resolution.It is quite compact and together with my Pi 500 gives a very small footprint computer system with minimal parts.The Wifi feature in the 500 also helps with versatility.It is great value and stylish together with minimal connections.”

“I was left regretting a purchase recently - opting to 'save myself the headache' of having to manually fit and or solder a header unit to my purchase of a Pi Zero 2 W I found that the product was actually not fit for my use case (powering via common and recommended portable battery the PiSugar 3). The pre-soldered headers do not provide sufficient protrustion through the PCB to connect any form of portable power to the Pi Zero 2 W - when querying this with PiHut I was simply told that this is how the pre-soldered headers are provided (Thanks to an improved soldering process) and that I would need to solder my own if I wanted anything different. So if you want to save yourself one headache but potentially open yourself up to another - then consider your project goals and what other hardware you may be looking to use.”
