“Good quality product with some useful documentation. Appreciate being able to choose the postage provider as I prefer Royal Mail over Evri even if it's a tad more expensive. Only improvement would be if it was possible to cancel / amend orders prior to them starting to be processed. I ordered out of office hours but soon realised I probably should have ordered something else too. If it had been possible to quickly cancel and re-order I would have done but as it happens I managed without.”

“Unfortunately I have not yet received the parcel. Evri was supposed to deliver on one day, then the next. Both were cancelled and have heard nothing since. I hope it arrives soon as it is a Christmas present.”

“Unfortunately Pi Hut have partnered with unreliable courier partners. I ended up cancelling the order after the item did not arrive days after the due delivery date with no updates given to when it would be. I used a different supplier that actually ended up being slightly cheaper and the item was delivered in 24 hours.”
