“Very modular approach and easy to set up with minimal electric footprint”

“I needed a replacement printer at short notice and the Pi Hut delivered next day. The printer was sensibly priced and the ordering process was straightforward. It included reminders about thinkgs I might have forgotten such as cables, although because it was a replacement I did not need them on this occasion. The delivery was tracked, allowing me to plan for the printer's arrival. For my order, I do not know what could have been handled better.”

“Products are usually at a competitive price and plenty of alternatives. Delivery can be a bit confusing with Pi Hut reporting despatch but Evri not actually receiving the item until next day. Evri can be a bit dodgy too. Minor hiccup on purchase of a 256GB micro SD card with RPi OS which had the 32 bit version installed. Sorted by the imager easily enough though.”

“Website easy to navigate, products are good quality, and OK so it sounds like a small thing, but being able to select a courier is a great move on PiHut's part, because we all know how variable they can be... anyway, proper tracking and prompt delivery here, so I'm happy again.”
