“Impeccable. Email reminders came, as requested, when my device was back in stock, and were friendly and polite rather than pushy. The Pi Hut website is easy to navigate and full of helpful support information. The price for my main purchase was better than elsewhere. When it came to check out, I suddenly thought of other components that would make the project easier. I hadn't thought of Pi Hut for these; but there they were. Checkout was straightforward. Delivery was unfussy and quick. I'd go back!”

“I am a complete nice to this world of electronics and pc's. After getting more involved in bulding my own solar system i read that Raspberry Pi 4b was a more afordable way to run Venus os. I thought if I messed that up I could still use it for home assistant somewhere fown the line. I ordered the Rasberry Pi 4b and could not believe how fast it got to me, next day delivery. I found setting it up with venus was pretty simple. I also got the fan and heatsink and case which took minutes to put together. I'm all round happy with my purchase, value for money and the service from the Pi hut.”

“very nice enclosure and working really well. only issue is when i screwed in the NVME unit, the golden support for the screw broke and had to struggle to remove it and screw directly to the chassis.”

“This is my first Pi and first experience with The PiHut, both are excellent. Service couldn't have been better, quick dispatch and well packed. The Pi itself, zero 2 w, was a little more frustrating, it has taken me a few weeks to get it how i want. The beauty of it is if you make a mistake you can easily start from scratch, i have certainly learned a lot about linux trying to get it up and running. I just wanted a simple server for Emby and a file server for a few docs and pics. Tried three different OS and ended up with DietPi which is really good for a novice like myself. The main stumbling block was trying to get Emby to see my usb drive, I had to reformat on the pi to get it working, had to tranfer files to another stick first. The other brilliant find was Filezilla, this made transfer of files to the usb drive so easy. Hope this helps someone else thinking of doing the same thing and saves you some time and your hair. I will definitely recommend The PiHut, DietPi and Filezilla.”
