“Website easy to navigate, products are good quality, and OK so it sounds like a small thing, but being able to select a courier is a great move on PiHut's part, because we all know how variable they can be... anyway, proper tracking and prompt delivery here, so I'm happy again.”

“The kit is very cool. Me and my daughter- who’s doing year 9 IT are running the code together and she’s really enjoying seeing a much more tangible set of results when she writes simple python. It’s not as neat and perfect as the guides but we’ve got lights flashing and switches working etc. easy to use and very clear.”

“I would have preferred to give 5 stars, BUT the process was ruined by the deliverer Evri. Evri is an absolutely hopeless carrier. They lose a great many parcels in our area. 1. Our parcel was delayed about 3 times I think, taking 5 days in all; 2. Even though we were in, it was left in clear view on our drive: 3. We were in but there was no attempt to ring the doorbell, nor to knock on the door. Please ask Evri: - knock on the door or ring the bell. We are over 80yrs, so they must wait and knock again; - do NOT leave our parcels on the drive, take them to number 8, but only after establishing that we are not in! Thanks!”

“I've used the PiHut multiple times over last few years but two of my latest orders have been messed up in the same way that makes me wonder if there isn't something systemically wrong at the company. I have ordered, paid and items have dispatched but on arrival I find that one or more items I've ordered has been 'replaced' with something different. So I have to raise a return and promptly send the incorrect item back (at PiHuts expense) but on receipt of the return I get a polite but useless message that the item I ordered is no longer in stock and a refund has automatically been sent. I didn't want a refund I wanted what I ordered so now I don't have everything I needed to complete my project and I have to pay for delivery again. Once could be forgiven as a genuine mistake (items were very similar) but the latest balls up just feels more deliberate misleading of the customer. Caveat emptor”
