“I found using The Pi Hut site very easy to use to find all the components I needed to build a Pi 5 with M.2 HAT SSD storage (apart from the wireless keyboard and mouse which was out of stock but easily sourced from elsewhere). All the components arrived in a couple of days and resulted in a reasonably easy build.”

“Ordered a 27W power supply and micro-HDMI to HDMI cable. Both arrived in good time and, being official products, were priced very reasonably compared to a certain jungle-based online commerce site so saved a couple of pennies. Delivery was quick and had zero issues with the purchasing process.”

“I ordered a Raspberry Pi 5 and a heatsink case. The order was processed very quickly and dispatched the next working day. Even the courier (Royal Mail) delivered the package within two days, which is good for them. No complaints at all from me. I have ordered from The Pi Hut before and, based on this experience, will do so again.”

“Very nice shopping experience. Some items are overpriced (especially if you can buy them directly from China for a quarter of the price) but at least the delivery is quick and there's a higher level of quality assurance. It's good to have everything I need for my DIY available in one shop and I love the fact that all supporting documents and guides are on the website too.”

“This is a pity as I recieved the items well packaged and with no delivery problems, my issue started when the PI 5 failed in the middle of its initial update and I could not get it to restart. I did eventually sort out the problem on my own and will stress I was not sold fauty goods, but, when I thought the PI 5 had bricked I used the support portal, which just failed to acknowlegde my existence, I submitted tickets, tried setting up support accounts (using several email addresses), changing password and ... nothing, no acknoweldgement emails, no password reset emails. I did eventually sort the problem on my own and it was nothing to do with PI HUT, however, perhaps the support portal was having a bad day, but as there is no phone number and I was unable to find an email address for PI HUT I was left with a £100+ item that I thought had failed within minutes of me unpacking it and the helpless feeling of having no way of contacting the supplier. Obviously I cannot say how good/bad their support is but I would not recommend anyone take a risk buying from here.”
