“Next day delivery is awesome. I think that charging 4.50 for a camera ribbon cable is a bit excessive (gateprice from China would be 10p?), considering that this was your design - it smacks of Apple-style vendor lock-in tactics. Not cool!”

“Pi Hut service is as good as it gets. I bought a power supply for a Pi4. Pi power supplies have been around for a while now, but they still have no compensation for the lead resistance, relying instead on setting the output voltage to the highest safe value. As the lead resistance is fixed and known, it should not be too difficult to vary the output voltage according to the current drawn, which would eliminate problems powering USB devices from the Pi ports. It's high time that a more sophisticated power supply was offered as an option.”

“All the items I bought arrived quickly (2 days with Royal Mail 1st Class) and arrived in very good condition. The packaging was also very good. All ESD sensitive parts were in antistatic bags, and fragile parts were packaged in bubblewrap. I can fully recommend buying parts from here.”

“Amazingly quick service! Everything I wanted was in stock, and it was delivered the next day even though I chose the cheaper delivery option. I haven't yet opened the parcel - I'm away and will only be home later this evening - but I'm looking forward to playing with my Pi4. So perhaps this review is premature...”
