“Smashed it. Was perfect. The starter kit was exactly what I needed. So, 5/5. Would recommend. Areas where there could be improvement I think come down to the knowledge gap with customers. These days (and even more with AI and everyone having side projects), more and more people will be buying a Pi to play with and tinker. This was my first Pi and I needed to research two specific things: 1. Flashing the sd card with the correct OS. Knowing I wanted a headless no-ui flavour of the os, and selecting the right one 2. Applying the heat sink! Yeah, I know - looks super obvious, but I just didn't wanna get it wrong and looked for confirmation. I did expect a little bit more information with my kit. But honestly, everything ended up simple enough and I couldn't be happier, but it was just something that would have improved my experience a little. Perhaps a QR code that folks could scan and get more information. This could drive futher traffic to your site. Content would be specific to the product being shipped. In my context, this would be setting up the Pi 5 starter kit. Either way, would recommend and will likely be ordering another few in the future if all goes well.”

“As usual the hardware was top notch. I now have a new pi-cam 3 noire wide working with octoprint inside my 3d printer. Works great with the 50cm extended cable too linking to my Pi Zero 2 W. I ran into problems with delivery due to RoyalMails incompetance with the ability to read, which I informed PiHut about straight away. This was picked up very quickly by PiHut but despite their and my best efforts RM lied about delivery and then brought it a day late. Not PiHut's fault, but it is their problem, I urge them to demand more from their couriers. Meanwhile, I'll not trust RM to delivery to my address and if forced to use them will arrange for PostOffice pickups.”

“As usual had a great experiance with the pihut. I purchased a BBC microbit for my son, as usual the website had all the options clearly laid out, and also suggested getting a protective shell. All at a good price, and fast delivery. Highly recoment”
