Hi Tammy I got this back from CS : "withdrew xxx at 14.26 on the 25/09 which was issued instantly and she is just waiting for her bank to clear it into her account if they haven’t already done so. We can’t speed that part of the process up." I hope you have received funds by now - sometimes the bank will not clear transaction on the weekend and we are not in control of that.
