“Good selection of games rtp isnt that good but payout times quick”

Hey Kirsty Just wanted to say thanks for the review on the Good games and pay out times. on the RTP side of things, we use the same games and suppliers as all the major casinos so they should all be comparable. Hi Rachel All deposit money is shown in the cashier or in the My Acccount page in the Main Menu. We also follow up with a free to receive SMS for every deposit. Hope that's ok. I appreciate your comments on withdrawals, but we have to gain certain information from all of our customers so whilst we Age Verify you at the point of entry, we have to update that information, so you will always see a request for additional information until its provided. Hi Julie Thank you so much for your comments. We'd love to get Starburst, but the supplier that offers it is very expensive and its expensive to use and set up . It follows therefore that it would be more expensive for the customer because if they are charging lots to use the game... it must make more money for the casino! We have a lot of similar games - although I appreciate that if that's what you like , its what you like. Re the deposit and additional Mr Wonga tickets - let me see what we can do. I'll raise it with the Dev team. In terms of pay outs we are integrating Visa Direct in the next week or so, so payments back to main UK bank cards will be in a matter of minutes - just part of our commitment to speed things up for our players.
