“Hi think this casino really is a lot of fun winning seem to be fair aswell the only issues I have is withdraws and the history on my account it doesn’t show so like now I have made a withdrawal to my back account and it just does not show on my casino account so I have no traceability once I have clicked confirm I raised the issue the first time and it was quickly resolved but just a shame it’s happened again and I am not sure why ? But I will be a customer love the games ...well done”

Don't be shy... we don't bite The bank withdrawals take longer to process but there are other ways like back to card ... which are much faster and easier. If you register a card your withdrawal is processed within a couple of days ... which is basically as fast as your bank processes it to get it back to you. We have to rely on them... soz. For anyone else reading this, please note that when sending documents across if you take a photo of the document it must be of the whole document and it must be a clear picture. this will prevent delays in processing your withdrawals.
