“New player at The Phone casino. Its ok, lack off bonuses, if you're lucky to get a bonus , it pays a couple off x . Great customer service and extremely fast pay outs " if you're lucky to cash out . “This is by far the best way to play games. I have visited many sites online but nothing is as good as this. I personally like the ease of depositing and the rapid withdrawal system. The games on this site play really well and by that I mean when the reels are spun they don’t lag giving you a far better gaming experience. “I would avoid this place like the plague. I had signed up for gamstop which I thought it was for a year, I deposited £1,800 and won £3,600. My documents were accepted, however they advised my gamstop was for 5 years and they have forfeited my entire money and not even refunding deposits, will be taking this further and will go to court to take them down.”

Hi Hollie You have been put on our Enhanced Due Diligence process - and documents were requested. As you have not been able to supply the requested information we have no option but to limit your account. The CS team has no other knowledge of issues that you were facing regarding gameplay as there is no correspondence as such.
