“Lots of games kept crashing on opening or mid spin. Some games don’t show your balance as you play them and easy to lose money you hadn’t accounted for as you always have to change from a higher stake and when the games crash regularly, it’s easy to forget to change your stake again when it restarts. My experience of the site made me feel ripped off by the end of it.”

“I am so bored of reading "boo hoo i'm a sore loser tales" I have been with this casino since 2018 [maybe longer] up to date I've NEVER had an issue... customer service is 5star .. games are fare, [I say that because I win] and I've given the same advice.... once you get your identification verified [as you do with all casinos] your laughing... try starting off with games that have 1p spins , then you won't be such a moaning winger when you don't have a good day.... law of averages [what goes around comes around] then you can be a happy winner... good luck and try sister sites too ... good bonuses.. thanks happy customer x”

Hi Ray All the odds for the games are set before we offer them to the public. They are regulated, tested and approved for use by the UK Gambling commission.
