“Really good. I was worried about a mole, got an appointment two days later and was told it was harmless and this was then confirmed by email a few days later.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Mole Clinic in Moorgate. Dashiell was very professional and put me at my ease. I underwent a full body check and received my results the next day. Highly recommended to anyone with concerns over a mole.”

“This is a brilliant service had a full body check with Erin Love. She was great very knowledgable and reassuring. Found something I needed to get further checked which I hadn't noticed and this is why this check is so valuable. They were also happy for me to have further follow up with my GP to minimise costs and provide a very comprehensive report to share with the GP. Cannot recommend enough.”

“The nurse I saw at the clinic was lovely and made me feel very comfortable despite intimate nature of checks. It puts my mind at rest as I have lots of moles and badly sunburnt as a child . I would definitely recommend”

“My visit to the Mole Clinic was extremely helpful and reassuring. I had been worrying about my skin for a while, so it was a relief to discover that most of what I thought were moles are in fact freckles and that I have nothing to worry about. The staff at the clinic were delightful: friendly, helpful and clearly very expert at what they do. The whole process was painless and efficient. It was well worth the money to have peace of mind. So if you are worried and you can manage it, go, I recommend it.”

“The service at the clinic was excellent. They answered my questions online immediately. When I arrived I was seen straight away. The specialist nurse who saw me was extremely thorough and put me at ease. My report came through the next day. I can’t fault the service I received.”

“I had a non-urgent GP referral for a suspicious mole which I felt anxious about. I decided to book an appointment (the next day!) at the Mole Clinic to put my mind at ease with a full body mole check. Not only did it confirm the mole I was worried about was not an issue, but they did find 3 actual suspicious ones which I have now been able to use the information from to tailor my future NHS care around (which I received in 3 working day!) Big special thank you to Sarah at the Manchester clinic for being really welcoming and being patient with my questions. Absolutely stellar service end to end. You get what you pay for!”

“I attended for a full body mole check. Nurse Sarah was brilliant and knowledgeable and really put me at ease. When there was a concern about a mole it was explained to me over the phone and also by emailed report allowing me to understand and consider my options. When I later had the mole removed the experience was professional and efficient and I was treated with kindness when I was nervous. I have peace of mind after my experience with the Mole Clinic and would not hesitate to recommend them. The setting is immaculately clean and reception staff very helpful.”

“Great customer service before and at appointment. Really pleasant staff who were helpful with the change of appointment date I needed. The nurse who did my skin check explained everything and gave as much info as I needed about the different types of moles on my skin. I have a family history of melanoma and feel confident that I had a thorough skin check. I will go to the MOLE Clinic again in future.”

“The Mole Clinic was great — the nurse was so efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommend. However, the receptionist of the building made a racist remark — to my knowledge the receptionist is separate from The Mole Clinic, however, this behaviour should not be tolerated at all and reflects poorly on the business.”

“Having reached the age of 60 I am investing time and money to understand the state of my body so that I can set plans to keep it fit and healthy so I can keep motoring through the next stages of my life. I have always kept and eye on weight, cholesterol etc and last week I made a decision to have my skin checked out at the Mole Clinic. I have to say that I am pleased that I did from an experience point of view and from an understanding point of view. I was well looked after from start to end of my visit and the report was insightful. I also received some valuable tips from the nurse. I am booking again next year to make sure all is still in order”

“Every interaction, whether on email or in person is friendly and professional. Charlotte performed my mole check and she was so so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. Everything was explained and I was encouraged to ask any questions. Could not recommend highly enough.”
