While I am happy with the product - 4 x Pashana Original Hair Lotion (250ml) the delay in delivery and not being able to speak to someone in customer service (I made a call at around 3.10 pm and the voice recording suggested that the office was closed when the office opening hours are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm) I have given a 3 star.
