“Would be nice to have a hook for extra shopping bags. Nice and sturdy but needs to have a lower level handle as it's a bit high for my mother.”

Hi Phil, thanks for the feedback. We do not include screws as you would need different screws depending on what you are attaching the grab rail too. I've made this more clear on our website now. Have a nice day!

“Fast & efficient, over bed pole arrived 3 days after ordering. Easy to assemble, just greased the poles & screws as I made it. Hardest part was getting bits upstairs & moving the bed!”

“Such helpful people! Buying mobility aids isn't usually my idea of fun shopping but they ordered me a whole range of funky crutches to look at. I have a pair of black and white animal print and another pair which are blue with flowers all over. The pink and green are on my list to get next. On a more mundane level, lots of good advice on shower seats, safety rails etc. And they have rented me a wheelchair for a week.”

“I was looking for a buggy for adults and the one I purchased named Troy. was excellent, I can put it up & down in seconds. The wheels are superbly easy to turn with. My husband says it is very comfortable and the black leather with red piping is very smart. When folded up there is a padded grip in the middle of the frame, which is perfectly balanced to lift it in and out of cars etc. a wonderfully strong but light wheelchair.”

“Fantastic service, I order a Bathmaster Deltis bath chair lift on the 18/08/2015 and using the standard delivery system it was delivered to my house the following day. The chair works very well, it comes packed in the manufactures original box, battery ready charged for instantaneous use and at a very competitive price. Very good performance all round.”

“Called into the shop for a shower chair for an elderly relative. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have the one I needed so I was offered the option of ordering in store or online. I ordered on line and the chair was delivered 2 days later. Fabulous service.I would recommend the Mobility Aids Centre. Thank you!”

“Ordered a folding shower seat with 2 grab bars in the morning and these were delivered to me in the afternoon of the same day - that is what I call service. However the following day a further 2 Grab Bars were delivered and the co said that they would collect these the same day - still waiting after 1 week and another call - not so good and still waiting. A point that the co should consider is that we are finding it difficult to get someone to fit the shower seat and they are unable to provide any guidance or help. would suggest that they collect names and telephone numbers of local tradesmen who are trusted to fit their mobility equipment and provide guidance on fitting”

Hi Edward, thanks for the review! Sorry about the delay in collecting these, we are trying to tie it in with having a driver in the area. Unfortunately we don't like to recommend local tradesmen unless we have had an experience with them ourselves, last thing we would want to do is recommend someone who then doesn't fit it properly! I'd recommend having a look at advertisements in local newspapers or guides, you will find lots of local tradesman in there!

“The item delivered did not include an essential item. It was not clear this had to be purchased separately. Add this to the price of the ordered item and the complete item becomes very expensive. Advert was misleading”

Hi Terry, sorry your item isn't as expected! We do actually mention that the base for the kettle tipper is an additional item twice on the page. If the item isn't what you were expecting let us know and we'll happily sort out getting that returned for you.
