“Delivery of the item, a Powerball, was efficient - having placed an online order. When it arrived the instructions for use were on a mini CD which I am unable to play (that was not clear on the details online). I phoned the office on a Saturday and a helpful member of staff agreed to see if he could find details for me. Those arrived a few days later in the post.”

Hi Ann, thanks for the review! I've made the part on the Powerball page having instructions on a mini CD more clear (mentioned it in the description at the top and bolded it in the long description at the bottom). Hope the product is suitable, let us know if we can help with anything else.

“The handle extensions for the wheelchair are good in principle, but do not grip tightly enough to be able to manage turning or generally manoeuvring the wheelchair. I wish to return them.”

If you want to use the push handle extensions for manoeuvring more we recommend an additional pair of clamps, we do actually mention this on the product page!
