“Ordered a folding shower seat with 2 grab bars in the morning and these were delivered to me in the afternoon of the same day - that is what I call service. However the following day a further 2 Grab Bars were delivered and the co said that they would collect these the same day - still waiting after 1 week and another call - not so good and still waiting. A point that the co should consider is that we are finding it difficult to get someone to fit the shower seat and they are unable to provide any guidance or help. would suggest that they collect names and telephone numbers of local tradesmen who are trusted to fit their mobility equipment and provide guidance on fitting”

Hi Edward, thanks for the review! Sorry about the delay in collecting these, we are trying to tie it in with having a driver in the area. Unfortunately we don't like to recommend local tradesmen unless we have had an experience with them ourselves, last thing we would want to do is recommend someone who then doesn't fit it properly! I'd recommend having a look at advertisements in local newspapers or guides, you will find lots of local tradesman in there!

“The item delivered did not include an essential item. It was not clear this had to be purchased separately. Add this to the price of the ordered item and the complete item becomes very expensive. Advert was misleading”

Hi Terry, sorry your item isn't as expected! We do actually mention that the base for the kettle tipper is an additional item twice on the page. If the item isn't what you were expecting let us know and we'll happily sort out getting that returned for you.

“Delivery of the item, a Powerball, was efficient - having placed an online order. When it arrived the instructions for use were on a mini CD which I am unable to play (that was not clear on the details online). I phoned the office on a Saturday and a helpful member of staff agreed to see if he could find details for me. Those arrived a few days later in the post.”

“I purchased a Quest foldable mobility scooter - very pleased with the scooter and the service. I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday. I would recommend to anyone - especially as I saved some money.”

“The handle extensions for the wheelchair are good in principle, but do not grip tightly enough to be able to manage turning or generally manoeuvring the wheelchair. I wish to return them.”

If you want to use the push handle extensions for manoeuvring more we recommend an additional pair of clamps, we do actually mention this on the product page! “Excellent service. Well informed staff came to demonstrate a standing chair, nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered. On delivery, customer service was brilliant, equipment was assembled and my home left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.”
