“Service and product was fine. Delivery was poor. If you are using external delivery services you must make clear to them the type of customers you have. They need to have patience - not dash moments after ringing the bell. Then making an old person try and work out how and when to pick up. Very poor performance”

“Although my trolley wasn't quite the right sort for the handles, they did give me a valuable extra 5". The price was rather expensive though, hence 4 out of 5, rather than 5.”

“When an incorrect item was delivered customer services was very quick to arrange for it to be collected and, having found out when a correct replacement would be delivered, I received another telephone call to tell me the date for this. All of this was done in a very short time.”

“The goods themselves were fine, pretty much exactly what I was expecting and they arrived quickly. The only problem was with the couriers who put an incorrectly dated card through the door which invited me to rearrange delivery or go and collect the package or they said they would send the goods back. When I tried to rearrange delivery it wouldn't allow me to pick the next day (when I would have been in) so I booked for the following Monday...and then they delivered the next day regardless. All really rather stressful. Other couriers have an option to leave things in the porch or with a neighbour. If customers are ordering mobility aids they are less likely than most to be able to charge off to a depot in another town to collect their package.”

“We purchased a wheelchair arm-extensions kit, which has made life so much easier for me, as a carer. No more back-ache from stooping to push the wheelchair! It's such a simple tool, too, that I'm astonished it's only available on import from the US - surely someone in the UK can develop and patent a similar item. We're grateful to The Mobility Aids Centre as the only outlet providing the kit and the six-week wait for shipping was well worth it.”

“On the whole my experience was very positive. The ordering process was straight forward, and the product arrived in good condition. There was a slight hitch due to the wrong address information being appliedat the supplier. The carrier contacted me direct, and the problem was resolved. The address issue was not the fault of Mobility Aids Centre, but their supplier.”
