“Ah ha! Was perturbed as I wanted to review an item, not the store. E mailed the store, then read a few reviews and realised you have to do the star bit first. !!! Bought an outdoor step, £18.38 approx. price. It is slightly dangerous during and after rain as it allows water to remain standing on the top, no visible draining unless you count 4 small holes. At these times as I come in I have to mop the floor (having first used a doormat to wipe my feet), then dry my trainers on an old towel. Hubby takes his shoes off, not easy for me.”

“The product has been an enormous success. Thank you. There was an initial misunderstanding of the price promise which was completely resolved...but it did take perseverance. Once contact was made with the right person all was put right. So customer service rating reflects initial problem & final very satisfactory resolution.”

“Would be nice to have a hook for extra shopping bags. Nice and sturdy but needs to have a lower level handle as it's a bit high for my mother.”
