“Very professional overall. Only downfall is the lack of a reception/waiting area. Have to wait outside in rain or in car. Would expect a waiting room with refreshments on offer when using such a service.”

“I am very impressed with all staff at the Medical as they are friendly always smiling and importantly make you feel you matter to them The facilities are very good and the atmosphere relaxed and warm. The staff who have been concerned in my treatment I cannot speak highly enough and I would recommend this practice without hesitation”

“Really impressed by The Medical in Bournemouth. Very effective treatment and reasonably priced. Unlike most physios, they are able to administer cortisone injections as part of the treatment (much cheaper than I expected). My frozen shoulder is all but sorted, while the NHS has not yet been able to see me for an assessment.”
