“I want to say how helpful the treatment has been to me. I'm definitely improving. My practitioner has been professional and friendly. Sometimes my appointments seem a little short. There maybe a reason for this however.”

“Everything was excellent, from booking and treatments. However when i have tried to reclaim the treatment via my BUPA Cash Plan, it has been rejected, due to the practitioner not being registered. When i spoke with The Medical, i was told that the practitioner comes under the Clinic's bupa registration, however this was not accepted either, when i repeated the claim and advised them of what i had been informed by The Medical. Maybe this needs to be clarified between your clinic and Bupa Cash Plan, otherwise your customers are being incorrectly guided.”

“I have found since I started visiting the medical for treatments, that it is efficiently run. They offer payment plans to help reduce the cost of treatments, which has been very useful. Any booking or amendments of appointments have been very easy. Both the chiropractor & massage therapist I see are very personable, & knowledgable. Recent changes in a knee problem, have been handled very well. On the whole, the front of house staff are friendly, efficient & helpful. But the 4 stars instead of 5 are because on more than one occasion I didn’t find the way I was dealt with at the desk, warranted a 5 star review. The facilities are well maintained & clean. With appropriate Covid protocols in place.”

“I think Seb my physiotherapist is very good, he diagnosed my symptoms quickly and offered treatment which has so far radically improved my pain. He listens and explains the treatment clearly. The staff are very friendly and can’t be faulted. I do however find the treatment rooms a bit dated and in need of a refresh ie a lick of paint, new carpets, furniture etc.”

“Whilst my experience at The Medical did not fully resolve my symptoms the care and treatment by David was outstanding. Very approachable and highly skilled in knowledge. I would definitely recommend The Medical for Chiropractic services.”
