“My husband is US airfoce and we live in air base in Japan, we got the IKEA Sniglar crib in Japan and it turned out it's different size than the standard American and Japanese cribs. I love the crib, but the only mattress that would fit it, is non toxic and good enough was made by the little green sheep in UK. I tried really hard to find anything to match it that was easier to get, but I couldn't, so we had to have the Twist mattres shipped to a friend who would ship it to us. When I placed my order the website gave error so I placed the order again. Than I contacted customer support and figured out the whole mess I've created very quickly with the help of Hannah. I did not have to wait and got help right away, it's really rare to get such good customer support! We haven't used the mattress yet, but I'm sure we'll love it :)”
