“Good service but my order was acknowledged on the 8th and not despatched till the 14th. When the order was acknowledged I should have been told it could be several days before dispatch. The tubes were well packed and arrived in good condition on the third day after dispatch notification. One of the tubes was fitted immediately and worked. I would use 'Easy LightBulbs' again.”

“I have no patience with a company that two weeks after I place an order, asks me for a review of their product and service when they have taken my payment and failed to deliver the product they listed as “In Stock”.”

“Wasn't too happy with a 6 day wait before they told me an item was out of stock but at least they supplied a suitable alternative and got it to me within 3 days. Apparently it was a warehouse issue which sounds like they rely on external suppliers.”
