“Knowledgeable, knew what they were talking about, sent me a link to the product I needed as my old bulb was obsolete. I paid and ordered the bulb recommended and it arrived a couple of days later, well packed and works fine, better than my old bulb. Thank you.”

“I ordered two fluorescent light fittings (including tubes) from Easy Light Bulbs. Price was very good (under £10 each) and they arrived the next day. Very easy to fit (replaced old unit in about 10 minutes). Very happy with the result. Will use again and recommend.”

“website was very good and I could easily spot the bulb I needed - an under a MFI worktop cupboard striplight which has to be exactly the right size. Delivery was speedy and of course product was well wrapped for protection. All worked well. Hopefully won't need to use you again for a while but if I do then I'll feel confident about it.”

“Very poor customer service, needed replacement bulbs urgently, placed order on Sunday to be told on Monday they no longer stock the item. I had to purchase bulbs elsewhere meaning further expense to existing order. Customer service team very unhelpful, still have item listed on website. Don’t order with them as stock is clearly unreliable and customer service is lacking!”

“With local unavailability of 200w. bulbs, we wondered how we we were going to overcome our problem. Excuse the pun, but in a lightbulb moment I went online and discovered your site. The order process was simple, the delivery was as promised and the bulbs were packed to avoid transit damage. I can’t ask for any more. Thank you.”
