“The bulbs are just what I needed and arrived within the stated timescale. The problem was that payment was taken for the order twice - the first attempt appeared to fail so I tried again with a different card. When I checked my bank accounts a couple of days later I saw both tax been debited. However the company sorted it quickly once I told them.”

“Great selection of products and I was able to buy replacement tubes that I had struggled to find elsewhere. They were delivered next day in very good packaging and I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Great product and fast customer service. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 as the light bulb I ordered was substituted for another since the manufacturer has stopped making them. It would have been notified of this before receiving the product. The bulbs protrude slightly but at least we can see when we are cooking!”

“I ordered a couple of led tubes for the kitchen, which were delivered reasonably quickly and very well packaged. They fit and work as expected. Longevity is TBD (2-3 weeks old), but I have no reason to doubt they'll last.”
