“I had difficulty in finding a supplier who could offer two different specialist light bulbs for different lamps. It seems that nowadays no two lamps have the same fitting or wattage requirements. ELB were the only supplier I could identify who could provide both. I ordered on 16 December, they were despatched on the 20th, although didn't arrive until the 30th. Considering the conditions businesses are currently having to operate under and that the Post Office were also underperforming (nil deliveries 25th to 29th) I don't have an issue with the delays on this occasion. ELB will my first port of call the next time I’m looking for replacement bulbs.”

“Delivery etc usually fine and on time. Sometime the bulbs aren't the best quality (eg some reflector bulbs with glue and moisture inside them) but the worked so I couldn't be bothered to return them.”

“I ordered a Halogen G9 lamp bulb last week which looked rusty at the prong end when I unpacked it. I plugged it into the lamp and it exploded straight away and broke into 2 parts! I had definitely ordered the right bulb. This is potentially very dangerous! I would never buy anything from this company again! See photo below.”
