“Customer Service from Jo was brilliant. From sorting out the correct bulb to ordering. Instead of having to click/collect in these difficult times as I live on her route home she kindly offered to deliver the bulb to my front door. This is going over & beyond the call of duty. Many Many Thanks.”

“Happy with the service. Only downside is the horrible foam beads used in packing. I understand the need to protect fragile items in the post, but is there no non-plastic alternative? Shredded newspaper would, I think, offer the same amount of protection”
