“Ordered mains voltage tracks, track spotlights, lamps, and under-cabinet lights. Unfortunately, one of the voltage tracks appeared to have got bent in transit. Sent email to Help Desk. Reshma got back to me within ten minutes. Replacement length of voltage track was delivered just over 24 hours later. Grateful and impressed.”

“Website clear and easy to use. They had the product in stock. My only complaint was there was no tracking of my orders progress, I had to call in the end to chase up my order but the chap was friendly and helpful and I received my order was received 3 days later. I will use again!”

“I initially purchased the wrong bulbs but customer service was very helpful and dealt easily with the replacements. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was delivery which took a long time - in the end, I was literally in the dark for 2 weeks”

“Managed to get some small round opal lamps for my ceiling light fitting, which is controlled by a dimmer switch. Otherwise, I would have had to convert everything to LED thus losing the ambiance and the fine control. So a big thank you.”

“Why the 4star rating if you did not receive the order? It's not the first time I have used them and on enquiring the sales team are knowledgeable and helpful and it was the same help I received when I informed the package had not arrived. They were straight to the point, resolved and delivered quickly. No answering service not stuck waiting online.”

“Great service the bulbs shown on the site were discontinued and the replacement link didn't work so sent an email Friday night asking for the replacement and received a reply on the Sunday so was able to order there and then. Delivery was excellent turning up in the next couple of days by royal mail perfectly wrapped as well”
