Our website does clearly state that this item is only available for pre-order which would have been clear before placing the order. If our customers choose to proceed with placing such orders, we do our best to keep you informed of when the stock will be available for dispatch and a further email is sent once the order has left our warehouse. “Despite self-recommendation promising swift delivery and service, despatch was delayed and I still have not received the items, or the requested refund. Replies take several days. I am sorry to say, as I like to support UK companies (which this professes to be) that I cannot recommend.”

“Good service and only gave this 4 rather than 5 stars because it came via Royal Mail so took a week longer that expected. Very well packed. These strip lights are difficult to source locally but readily available with this company.”

“I have not yet received my order that was placed on the 11th Sept, now the 5th Oct. Still waiting after an initial email to say there may be a 5 day delay (appreciated the contact). Enquired recently but no reply yet from customer service. Perhaps a substitute could be suggested?”
