“I was struggling to find a bulb for old slide projector. No problem. The web site was easy to use. I found what I wanted. Always disappointed at the postal charges for such a small item. However it was processed quickly. I was notified when it was likely to arrive. It was a perfect fit for what I needed.”

“I was very impressed with the prompt service. I have used the bulbs yet. However, having paid by credit card in full at the time of ordering I was I little surprised to subsequently receive an invoice via email which did not show that the account was paid.”

“I am buying only one type of light bulbs, where there is not big choice in the world. So, I am happy to buy, however they are not working very good: sometimes several months, sometimes only a few weeks - I do not know why. Maybe there is something wrong in the lamp, but we love that lamp. So - what to do ... ?”
