“Unfortunately although your service was good, the bulbs are unsuitable for use in my dolls house which has 2 4.5 batteries for power. I found out too late that your 0.1 amp bulbs cannot provide enough light I.need 3.5v 3 amp bulbs.”

“Ordered online but had an online chat to make sure I was ordering the right thing. the chat was extremely helpful so i was able to click on buy. It was a large bulb for my kitchen stove hood (now apparently no longer made!) and well packaged and quickly delivered. Easy to fit and working perfectly. Thank you. Now going to order some more different bulbs.”

“the light bulb was fine, but delivery was longer than i thought, as website said it would be sent as soon as order received, but it took over a week, get so used to amozon next day delivery! but was well packaged”

“The bulbs arrived on time and were well packaged so no mishaps with any broken items. Web site was easy to negotiate and generally the overall service was good so no complaints from this end.
