“Great service and easy to order over the phone, well packaged and great product. The only reason I’m not giving a five is because of the time it took to arrive. The gentleman on the phone said he would dispatch as soon as, ordered on a Wednesday and received the following Thursday.”

“Excellent. I needed an usual lightbulb that I hadn't been able to buy locally. I phoned LightBulbs, told the person who answered my call what I was looking for. He checked, gave me the details of what they could supply, that met my needs, took my order and the bulb was delivered at reasonable price a few days later. I couldn't have asked for better.”

“Excellent service as usual, with guidance as to correct fluorescent tubes to buy. Very prompt delivery and so, so well packed, they would probably have been ok even if they had be driven over! Would totally recommend.”

“I received my order within a reasonable time and found the packaging was very good. Unfortunately two of the lamps of a particular design failed to work. Upon contacting ELB I explained and without hesitation offered to send out replacements which were fine. A very good service all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ELB to anyone. Many thanks I.
