“Good service and only gave this 4 rather than 5 stars because it came via Royal Mail so took a week longer that expected. Very well packed. These strip lights are difficult to source locally but readily available with this company.”

“The attention to detail and preparedness of your sales rep to answer my queries helpfully was outstanding. The only complaint...why I am not giving 5 stars...is that I booked a guaranteed 24 delivery service and was then informed later that the delivery address was too difficult for this 24 hour commitment to be fulfilled.”

“Basically the service was good. And so was the delivery time. However, of the seven tubes purchased one of them was faulty, and although I have emailed customer service about this a few days ago, they still have not bothered replying, hence only four stars.”
