“I bought a fluorescent tube for my kitchen under cupboard lights. If you're a novice like me, you might also need a 'starter' too (I never knew such a thing existed until last week!). Delivered quickly, and work fine - happy with my purchase.”

“Good service they were very helpful when I phoned as I had ordered the wrong size of tube they gave me the correct number to order which was delivered the next day the only thing I have problem with is I sent back the tubes I had ordered wrongly and asked for a refund for this but to date I have still not heard anything back from you”

“Bulbs delivered quickly & well packed. BUT outer carton had 8 times the capacity of the carton of lamps & was flled with polystyrene chips which are hard to dispose of & are not readily recyclable. Why not those increasingly popular airbags which can be deflated by stabbing and rolled up for disposal?”

“Initially I wasn't impressed by Easy Lightbulbs, I had asked a fairly detailed question and received a stock answer which frustrated me. I expressed my frustration and I was a bit rude tbh. This is where the story turns good; they actually took this as an opportunity to step up and really help me find what I needed. That all sounds a bit dramatic but I was looking for a hard to find bulb, I'm restoring an antique so it's not just a run of the mill thing. Anyway apologies to Rebecca for being shirty and thanks a lot to John for helping me find the elusive bulbs.... As it seems to be a family run thing I'm sure the 'difficult bulbs' knowledge will get shared around the generations.”

“Found the particular light I was looking for ( straight florescent in line 4 pin) on google open search. Went to the light Bulbs site ordered, payed and it was delivered 4 days later. A wee it quicker would have been good, but not a massive problem. Would use again.”
