“Different bulbs arrived to what I ordered. Phoned up to query, the response was along the lines of "we pick the nearest thing off the shelf", and "I guess we could have called you to check first". No apology. Requested an exchange both verbally and by email, but not heard a thing 10 days later. Poor customer service all around. Rather sad.”
