“The website is great, there is a tool on there that helps you narrow down the bulb you need. Mine was for a bike light and there was nothing written on the old bulb but sing the tool I found the right one. Bulb arrived very quickly and very well packaged.”

“Ordered 6 frosted rough service bulbs and 2 candle bulbs on 3rd February, payment of £20.30 processed on 4th February, and as of 17th February, had heard nothing. Rang company up who said we should have been e-mailed to say candle bulbs on back order and expected on 10th March. However no suggestion we could have the 6 rough service bulbs in the meantime, or any apology for taking our money without supplying the goods for what maybe about 6 weeks. Not good PR I’m afraid!”

“Really good service again from Easy Light Bulbs! With everything going LED, it’s great to find a supplier still providing a large and varied selection of tungsten lamps, which is great for me as I really don’t like the light emitted from the low energy bulbs and many of them don’t look good in our lamp fittings. That said Easy Light Bulbs do have a huge selection of low energy lamps as well. The service for this order was once again excellent. I was notified regularly from order through to delivery, which only took a few days despite being warned by Easy Light Bulbs that it might be delayed due staff shortages with the delivery company. One minor criticism I have is that the lamps were advertised as being manufactured by GE (General Electric – well known company) but the lamps supplied were manufactured by Tungsram, they look well made and work so this is probably not going to be a problem. On this occasion I needed to contact the Websales team and my inquiry was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently, and more importantly to my satisfaction. I do agree with the foot note on their emails “Unrivaled service, knowledge and choice……””
