“Great selection of products. Friendly, efficient service and nothing is too much trouble. Staff will dive into the backrooms to try and locate something else to look at or more of the product you want. Their attitude indicates it was a genuine search and not just to waste time. Order taken and follow-up call made when stock came in. Other companies don't always do this and we've ended up cancelling the order.”

“Speedy delivery but packaging was a bit damaged on one lamp. In spite of being clearly marked Fragile, the postman forced it through the letterbox! All was well with the item luckily.”
