“Very helpful when I rang and asked about a bulb I couldn't find. The helpdesk advised me of the correct code. Also when I received a delivery recently , unfortunately one of the bulbs wasn't working. They sent me a replacement free of charge straight away. Thank you for brilliant customer care.”

“I ordered a lamp to give more light to my computer whilst on Zoom. When it arrived it did not have a light bulb. So I ordered one from your company and it arrived very swiftlt within ta few days in time for my next Zoom meeting. It gives excellent light. Thank you very mich.”

“These bulbs are terrific. We notice a marked improvement in lighting in the relevant area, and of course we will be saving a lot of energy - these bulbs are replacing the old-style 40W incandescent bulbs. The expected lifetime of these bulbs will also make a significant cost saving in the long run. We are unable to comment on the actual lifetime achieved, because it should be several years! Highly recommended.”
