“Very happy with the service. I had recently requested the wrong light bulbs via the website. I telephoned and a very helpful employee reordered the correct ones for me with no fuss and the current bulbs arrived within a couple of days. 5 star service throughout. VW”

“Very slow delivery. 10 days for bulbs that were in stock. Half the bulbs had a lot of rust around the base. They appear to be useable but i do wonder how old the stock was.”

“I am sorry to have to give a bad review but I do have an issue over delivery charges . I paid for next day delivery and was well within the time cut off point on the Thursday to expect delivery on the Friday . I had to wait until Monday to receive the item . I contacted you with the above complaint but was not offered a refund for overpaid fees .”

“Having not received the item i ordered from you on the 19 of November, and now its the 5th December and still no sign of it after i was told it was dispached on the 24th November, i think i can be forgiven for not being impressed with your service so far, hence i can only consider one star for the politeness shown by your oordering department.”
