“I was disappointed with the graphics relating to the fairy light offer. It showed a card containing around 10 packets of 4 bulbs, but did not sufficiently clarify that the price quoted in the advert was for only 1no. packet. Admittedly , logic says you wouldn't receive all 10 packets for the price, but similarly you might think you could get 2 or more for the money. I would like to see it clarified please.”

“I'm very upset. I've used Easy Light Bulbs in the past to buy candle bulbs for my light fitting which takes 5 bulbs. The ones they sent were made by General Electric and all lasted for a year. No problem . I have since replaced them with the remainder of the General Electric ones I had in stock. Except the last one, for which I used one of the new ones, (packaged in plain white boxes labelled C60SES-0) I'd just purchased from them. The first one blew within two days. Hoping I'd just been unlucky I replaced it with another which has blown in less than 2 hours. I have purchased 10 of these bulbs for £26.40 and if I'd used them for all 5 fittings they would have lasted me for two days. I shall be contacting Easy Light Bulbs in the hope of getting a refund. Do not buy these light bulbs, whatever they are.”

“We placed and paid for our order on 13th November - having been informed you had the item in stock. On 16th November we were informed that you did not have stock and the next delivery would arrive on 27th November ! At the time of writing we are still waiting on receipt of our purchase.
