“Ordered light bulbs were not in stock in spite of website indicating they were. Delivery was therefore delayed (still not delivered) but no refund offered even though I had to purchase the bulbs elsewhere.”

“The staff were extremely helpful. When I called to add an extra item to the order, the lady I spoke to told me to place the order online marked for "Collection". She would inform the despatch team that this item should be included with the original order, thereby avoiding a second p&p charge.”
