“Wanting to replace light bulbs no longer available on the high street I visited the website and through my own ignorance got confused! One phone call to the listed number got me through to a very helpful chap who pointed me at the correct item and a couple of days later it was delivered. Very good service. Highly recommended.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Item ordered on 15th May, today is the 30th. Still no light bulb. Emailed to say order has not arrived, a few days later I receive a reply to say they would send another out. Still not arrived !!!!”

“I am most impressed with the recent service I had from Easy Light Bulbs. The light bulbs I received were smaller than the ones ordered and the gentleman I spoke to sent the correct ones out immediately, and refused my offer of sending the incorrect ones back. He was so efficient and polite, my husband and I are very impressed with the excellent customer service. More so because it was my fault as I must have ordered the wrong ones. In this day and age it is almost impossible to find genuine efficient and polite customer service but other companies should take note of you.”
