“A very efficient service at a reasonable price. Unfortunately one of the bulbs in my order was faulty and failed to light. I assume this was a one off problem. It was too much bother to return one bulb so I wrote it off.”

“I found the light bulbs rather expensive compared to what I have bought in the past from other stockists, also delivery took longer than expected but I can accept there could be delays with this pandemic. The light bulbs were smaller than the ones that needed replacing. Fortunately the screw fitting was the same and the diffused light is adequate. Thank you”

“Ordered the 20 watt but received 35w instead. 1/5 of them blow out immediately after installing. However, I have 2 in use at the moment but not sure how long they will last.”

“The products work as they should and were a good price. I would have given 5 stars had the parcel arrived within the expected 1-5 day window, but they arrived after 8 days. The email, confirming my order, was time marked at 14.01 Friday 15th January, so if the order was collated within the 30 minute time span indicated, and posted that afternoon, then the Royal Mail has let you down.”

“Ordered 2 x over counter strip lights. _Phoned beforehand to check I had the correct details and the person who answered was very pleasant and helpful - directing me to the correct part of the web. When the order arrived it was less one light so I phoned up - very apologetic and the additional light arrived soon afterwards. So for me excellent service and i will use them again.”
